Founding Engineer
Our client, an early-stage technology startup, is building a new product from the ground up and is looking for a founding engineer who can move comfortably between product ideas, architecture and production software while helping shape the technical direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founding team to turn product ideas into working software.
- Design and build core product architecture from the ground up.
- Develop features across frontend, backend and supporting infrastructure.
- Make pragmatic technology decisions appropriate for an early-stage product.
- Build, test and iterate quickly based on customer and product feedback.
- Establish engineering practices that can scale as the company grows.
- Take ownership of technical problems from initial concept through production.
- Contribute to product decisions and help shape the direction of the platform.
Technical Skills
- Strong full-stack software-engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript or comparable modern languages.
- Experience building and shipping products from early stage through production.
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure and system design.
- Experience with AI, LLMs or machine-learning systems is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working independently in an early-stage startup environment.
- Strong product sense and ability to make pragmatic technical decisions.
