Salary range
USD 45K–55K
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and ship LLM-powered features from prototype through production.
- Build and improve retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, including embeddings, ranking and evaluation.
- Develop agentic and multi-step AI workflows using modern LLM frameworks.
- Establish evaluation and monitoring processes to identify quality, latency and reliability issues.
- Optimise model performance, infrastructure cost and production reliability.
- Work closely with product, design and engineering teams to turn AI opportunities into practical product features.
Technical Skills
- Strong Python and PyTorch fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, RAG and production AI applications.
- Experience with vector databases such as pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant or similar.
- Understanding of LLM evaluation, observability and model-performance optimisation.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerised deployments.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph or comparable AI orchestration frameworks is a plus.
